Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Ekali LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates Hedras.Co. By accessing or using the service, or selecting an action that references these Terms, you agree to them and to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use Hedras.Co.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. The service is not directed to children. If you use Hedras.Co for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Supported tools run AI models and media encoders in your browser and may create text, images, audio, processed video, or narrated portrait-video files locally. Hedras.Co currently has no application or generation backend.

Availability, speed, memory use, accuracy, codec support, and output quality depend on your device, browser, network, cached files, and third-party model distribution. Feature descriptions, progress indicators, examples, sample feedback, and estimated times are informational and are not promises of accuracy, identity preservation, commercial value, continuous availability, or future functionality.

You are solely responsible for every prompt, script, image, file, voice choice, instruction, and other material you provide, as well as every output you create, publish, distribute, or rely on. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legally valid consent required for those materials, including consent from depicted or identifiable people.

As between you and Ekali LLC, and to the extent permitted by law, Ekali LLC does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. Output may not be unique and may be similar or identical to output generated for others. Model licenses, third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks, and applicable law may limit how an output can be used.

You may not use Hedras.Co unlawfully or in a way that is deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, security-disrupting, or intended to manipulate advertising systems.

• Do not exploit or harm minors, create non-consensual intimate content, or impersonate another person deceptively.
• Do not process identifiable information without authorization or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not create unlawful content, defame or harass, discriminate using protected or inferred characteristics, or exploit vulnerable people.
• Do not use output as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, scrape, automate, or interfere with the service, consent mechanisms, advertising, security, or other users.

Ekali LLC may investigate, block, limit, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably believes use violates these Terms, law, provider requirements, or the rights or safety of others.

Hedras.Co combines open-source browser runtimes with publicly available model weights. Each model and runtime remains subject to its own license or use terms. Public availability does not mean every model is OSI-approved open source or cleared for every commercial, regulated, or high-risk use.

Janus 1.3B is additionally governed by the DeepSeek Model License. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable model and runtime terms before using or distributing output.

Hedras.Co is free to users and funded by advertising. Ad availability, format, duration, targeting, consent, measurement, and completion reporting depend on Google and other third parties. An ad request does not guarantee that an ad will be served, that a feature will run on your device, or that output will meet your expectations.

The current service has no subscription fee, paid credits, or refund entitlement. You may not generate invalid traffic, encourage fraudulent ad interactions, or interfere with an advertiser or advertising provider.

Advertisements, links, consent tools, analytics, hosting, model distribution, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Ekali LLC does not endorse or guarantee any advertiser, offer, product, destination, model, or third-party service. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the relevant third party.

Ekali LLC may add, remove, restrict, test, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Hedras.Co at any time. We do not guarantee notice, continued access, backward compatibility, data preservation, or replacement functionality. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by device or browser incompatibility, internet or infrastructure outages, ad-network failures, attacks, regulatory action, natural events, labor disputes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Hedras.Co has no uptime, response-time, support, maintenance, recovery, data-preservation, or service-level commitment. Ekali LLC may decide whether and when to investigate or answer ordinary support requests. Nothing in this section limits an obligation that applicable law expressly makes mandatory.

Ekali LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, licensors, and providers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekali LLC and the related parties identified above will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, expected savings, or inability to use the service, under any legal theory, even if advised that harm was possible.

Their total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to Hedras.Co will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Ekali LLC for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50. These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, consumer rights, privacy rights, or other protections to the extent exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Any legally required liability is limited only to the minimum scope and amount permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ekali LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, licensors, and providers from claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your use or misuse of Hedras.Co, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

Before starting a formal claim, send a detailed notice to hello@hedras.co and allow 30 days for possible informal resolution. Sending a notice does not require Ekali LLC to settle, compensate, or admit liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arose or it is permanently barred. Mandatory statutory complaint and limitation periods remain unaffected.

Hedras.Co is available in multiple countries. You are responsible for determining whether use is lawful where you live. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your country or region.

Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Courts and authorities with mandatory jurisdiction remain available where this choice cannot lawfully apply.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy are the entire agreement about Hedras.Co. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permissible extent and the remaining provisions stay effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without written consent; Ekali LLC may assign these Terms in connection with an affiliate, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, business model, or law changes. Updated Terms apply from the stated effective date. Where law requires separate notice or consent, we will use the legally required process.
